Shazam! Am immensely proud of myself and the main squeeze; mostly proud of myself for saving enough money to rock the down payment. I went months, months! without new books, shoes, comic books, or randomly ordered tote bags from L.L. Bean.

I'm really happy, Justin is as well, but whereas my happiness is more of the squealing, jumping kind, his is more of the stoic, 'meh' variety. But he's stoked, I can tell. What won't be fun, however, is the packing and cleaning. It's worth it though. Plus all the insane tax credits! Yaay! I can pay for a wedding now! The sellers gave us an allowance for a fridge so we picked out a shiny silver two-door number that's getting delivered the same day we're moving in. Plus I've invited a few pals to come over and help and it's gonna turn into an all-round, sweaty good time.
